This is the second year Armanino McKenna has conducted its Bay Area Compensation and Hiring Survey.  The survey was conducted in the last three weeks of June 2011 and was completed by over 160 finance executives representing private, publicly held, investor-backed and nonprofit organizations from multiple industries ranging in size from just a few million dollars in annual revenue to more than $1 billion.
